When I was growing up we always had "make your own english muffin pizza night." Well being at the cottage w/o the master cook (my mom of course) this weekend put my cooking skills to the test. So Fri. afternoon we had english muffin pizzas. They were the best especially when your at the cottage. The only thing that could have been better would be if my parents were there to share it with us... next time!
