It was a hot summer day. The beach needed to be stirred up and the boyz were hot and love to swim, perfect. Nothing is better than 2 great danes swimming. Sorry Dad Rose, I know you are past the dog stage, but they loved it....

My mother in law is working on her bathroom and is redecorating a little, and she wanted some flower pictures. So I took pictures of all the flowers blooming in her yard for her bathroom. These were a few of my favorites.

We spent a few days at Corys parents lake last week, and the girls had a lot of fun ( they always do) but it was nice and relaxing to just hang out by the water. It is so peaceful and quiet there, except for when you get three kids under the age of 4 there. They got to spend one day with there cousin Ethan and they had a good time. We did some sand art, and of course some pictures.

This is my niece Katie. She is going to be 2 in a few weeks. She was camera happy with me this morning before we came home, so I snapped a few photos for my sister. She loves her auntie LeeLee.

crazy 4 on the 4th....

Happy late 4th of July. Cory and I traveled up north for the 4th this year to help my sister and Pete with their restaurants in Mackinaw City. They own 2 restaurants in Mackinaw crossings. The doghouse diner and The Mackinaw Deli Co. So if you are ever up there, stop for the fabulous paNikkis at the deli. I can make those in my sleep now after my day Fri. It gets a little busy up there this weekend of the year. It saves them a lot and we had a good time. We worked from 9 am -1am on the 4th and 11 am -11pm on the 5th. I don't know how she does that everyday. My mom stayed home with the kids so they had a lot of time together and I had a lot of time with my sister. We did get to watch the fireworks on the roof of her restaurant and we could see Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island and Cheboygans fireworks all at the same time, pretty cool. We did miss our annual Dorr parade, but they did get to go to a parade in Cheboygan and they loved it, thats all that matters.
