the BOYZ.....

It has been a while since I put a picture of the BOYZ on the BLOG. They are enjoying this weather. Titan will be 8 in August and Bluez just turned 6 a few weeks ago. Titan loves the outdoors and is outside 80% of the time, while Bluez only likes to be out there when we are outside with him. They were checking out Libby next door in this picture. It looks like it was a little to bright for Bluez that day!

boys and their toys!!!!

This is a picture of Cory, the girls and his car, and my dad and Connie with his motorcycle, with an extra nice background, our house! It was the first day this year they got out the toys. I can't believe it is May and my husband hasn't asked for insurance on his car yet. With gas prices the way they are that is probably why. He said maybe in June we will get it out. Happy Spring!

Their first motorcycle ride!!!

Yes... they are a little young, but they asked to go for a ride and Papa couldn't say no. He took them for their first motorcycle ride around the neighborhood a few times and they even had a helmet that fit them. I was very surprised that Grace wanted to go first, but she did. Well actually I did. Dad and I went for a little cruise around town to get it running good again. I use to ride with him all the time so it brought back a lot of memories for me. Although I wasn't 4 years old when I took my first ride......

another good hair day!

Like I said before I love to do UPDOs when I can be creative. My cousin had her senior Prom a few weeks back and asked me to do her hair as well as her friends, so I did. I was having an "on" day (which is when hair is "good", because believe it or not us hairdressers do have bad hair days as well!) They both turned out great as well as unique, so I wanted to brag!

Dance season #1 is done....

The dance season has come to an end and so I did there hair fancy for there last class of the year. Their recital is this Saturday so I will have to post pictures of that night. We are so excited for it. They love dance and are already enrolled for next year. They will go on Tuesdays this fall because of school on Mon, Wed and Fri.

time for curlers....

When I was little my mom use to put me and my sisters hair in sponge curlers, so I thought this would be a fun time to start this with the girls (especially Grace). She has that long beautiful hair and with curlers I might get a few days with added bounce, wow did I. I put them up in all colors from pink to blue. OOPPS! BLUE = LOTS OF CURLS. She went to bed with them in, slept great and then I took them out in the morning. Well ....needless to say the picture explains it all, there will be no more blue curlers in her hair in the near future. Yes the hairdresser messed up. So I had to flatten out the front a little bit, she had quite the FRO! From this day on they love the curlers, and I usually put them in curlers 1 night out of the week, and I always get compliments on the curls. Such fun!
