A friend of mine just had a little girl about 4 weeks ago, and so I told her for a gift I would shoot her newborn pics for her, and she was so excited. We have been friends since highschool and got re -connected about 2 years ago. I also did the photography for her wedding. I loved this shoot, the baby was so alert and relaxed, it was fun.

Valentines Party
At school the girls had a Valentines party, so we had some prep to do. We had to make a special Valentines box that was decorated with a hole on top and make Valentines. So they did it and it took about 3 hours. They colored their boxes, and put stickers on them, and then signed all the Valentines for the party. They were really excited when they were done, and proud that they did it all by them selves. Thanks Rachelle for getting me the boxes, they were perfect.
Dinosaur egg
In pre-school the girls made dinosur eggs out with paper mashe' and little did they know is that the teacher put a little dinosaur inside the ballon so when they cracked the egg it would have a dinosaur in it. They worked on it for about 2 weeks and was very proud. When it cracked they were a little curious as to what was going to happe.
Texas A&M
My dad and Connie left right after the new year and headed for Texas to visit my brother Mark, well it is March 4 and they are not home yet. He spent a month with his son and is now at a RV park visiting some friends, and should be home by the girls birthday in April. Along the way they have sent a few gifts. I must say my "dad" did some good shopping for me. When he shops you never know what he is going to buy. He bought me this outfit, and I love it. My brother is a Texas A&M alumni, and I toured it when I went to visit him in 1996, yes that is the last time I seen him. We have talked on the phone and emailed quite a bit the last few months. You have to start somewhere.
Winter shoot
We had a little get together a month back, and I told my sister to pack dark jeans and white shirts, so I could shoot some photos. I do a yearly pic with the AFLAC duck, and the last one was when Katie couldn't walk yet, and she is almost 3, so it was time. They did great and papa LOVED them. I also did some shots of just Katie and PJ.
