Family of 4 with 5th in belly!
As many of you know I love photography and have since the day the girls were born. With the help of a friend, we exchanged a few favors. I help her with her website and in return I shoot her little boys pics this summer. A few weeks back we had a family night with just the 4 of us plus belly. We did some family shots and belly shots as well. Seeing this is the last time there will be a Rose baby we went out with a bang. It was an awesome night, great weather and a lot of tearful moments for this mommy to be. Knowing my girls will seem so "big"to me in 4 weeks is a little to much for me to take at this time. Blain will be an amazing edition to our family, but 6 years alone with these girls was priceless. They are excited to be big sisters and I hope they love him as much as they say they will. They love to feel him move, talk to him all the time and say only a few more weeks mommy. Pregnancy is amazing, and many of you know I LOVE being pregnant. 1 little seed makes a lifetime of difference. This experience has been the best beside a few rounds of kidney stones, the flu, a double ear infection and log feet. It comes with the territory. He is VERY active and I look forward to my quiet time with him every night in bed before he makes his appearance. I enjoyed this last moment in time as we move on from our family of 4 to 5! ENJOY!

The crazy 4!
Aunt Kiki called and said that her and the family were going to Great wolf lodge and that PJ and Katie could bring a friend, so they choose Emma and Grace. So my mom and I met them up there for a few days. It was a nice little break and the kids had a blast!

Christmas 2009
My girls on Christmas morning
Nana reading our annual Christmas book to start out our day together
Emma, Grace, Aiden and Austin
3 generations on Christmas Day!
Nana & Papa with the loves of their life!
CHRISTMAS this year ws very relaxing for us. We spent one day with each side of the family, instead of traveling from house to house during the days.
We had a few cases of sickness right before and after the holidays. Cory had the flu and was down for 4 days, I was in the hospital with my first experience of kidney stones on the day of my Music Ministry program. That was so emotional for me. I have worked with those kids so hard and for the Lord to pick that day out of all days to put me in the hospital was difficult for me to understand. As my pastor said, Leigh you did your job and he knew it, so the kids finished it out. yes they did. I got lots of good compliments on it even though I wasnt there. On a good note, while in the hospital the Lord gave me the best gift ever, the news that cory and I were having a boy, yes a boy! Wow....that was shocking, but we are so excited now and I CANT wait for a little Cory. His name will be Blain Matthew!
We look forward to many things in 2010....Becoming a family of 5, our girls turning 6, and many things you will have to wait and hear about. Until next time, Happy 2010!
A girl and her guitar....
Emma has wanted a guitar for a long time, so we decided to get her one for Christmas, and as she would say...." I want a real one!" Thank you to a nice friend of the family helping us out, she got a FENDER guitar at the age of 5. She loves it so much and is learning new chords every week. She is also going to take online classes with Cory until she gets a little bigger. We dont push her to do it, and we do it on her time. Just because we want her to love it for her, not us.

The boyz and us!!!!!
Trying to get Cory to get family pictures is like pulling teeth sometimes. Well on this particular day we had our church pictures taken for our pictorial. We came home and Cory says, we should do a shot with the boys. Well of course I didnt say no. Believe it or not, it was taken on a timer with a tripod (the family one with all 6 of us). Wow.....is all I can say, it was perfect. I got it blown up the next day and put it up in the living room. We never know how much time we will have left with our boyz seeing they are getting up their in age, 7& 9 now! So we made it count. I cant ever imagine life without my loyal boy by my side!
